Dear Customers,
We will be performing scheduled maintenance which will require an IP Address change to your services. We expect services to be interrupted for a few minutes while we migrate your services to a new machine. If you are using custom hostname services your hostname will automatically update and point to the new ip address. Please look below to obtain the new ip address of your services.
While this maintenance event is scheduled for two hours we do not expect services to be affected for the full duration. Once your services on the old ip address go offline your services should become available on the new ip address listed within 10 minutes. Because of the nature of the event we expect the maintenance event to take the full two hours each customer should only be affected for 10-20 minutes while their services are migrated.
PLEASE NOTE: Because this is a scheduled maintenance event fail-over services will not be available.
